I joined another group called usa_SGL_people_of_African_descent.
Statement of Group Mission:1. To help educate and inform about current events, politics, health, wellness, and Black Pride celebrations2. To promote voter registration and participation in local and national elections3. To encourage responsible sexual practices and testing for STDs, including HIV4. To provide a forum for discussion, discourse, and expression of ideas5. To help end gender segregation in SGL communities.
I thought this group will be good for our topic, because it is supporting our idea for trans sexual people.
The recent discussion was on usage of fertility service of lesbian couples. It was about a project and research about it.
It said that the thesis project will explore the experiences of lesbian couples whohave used, are using, or have attempted to use fertility services since 2003. Iwant to hear your voice, your experience, your story, and about any challengesyou may have experienced in the process of using fertility service.

I joined a Yahoo! group called kithology_trans.
It is a group kithology_trans is for trans people, genderqueer people, and allies to discuss trans issues, not for admirers or people seeking relationships with trans people.
The recent disccusion in the group was about seeking participants for trans-inclusive strudy. Thesis research tries to advance our understanding of gender identity by exploring thesimilarities and differences between people who have transgender spectrumidentities (viz. transgender and genderqueer identities) and people who havecisgender identities (i.e., identify with their birth-assigned gender category).The research is therefore designed in a trans-inclusive way to help us discoverhow everyone experiences gender identity, and, as a result, to help social andpersonality psychology become more trans-inclusive in their approaches todesigning surveys and collecting information.

Four questions on entrance exams
1.When I hear the word exam, I feel very nervous, because depending on that one test, your life can change by a lot.
2.If I was a parent, I want to let my kids go to cram school when they are taking entrance exam. That is because they would feel more comfortable when taking the exam.
3.I know Waseda Academy, Toshin Highschool, Eiko Seminar, Meiko Gijyuku, IE School, and so on.
4. I went to Aoyama Gakuin High School, so I actually didn't take the exam for university, but for high school, I went to a cram school for the returnees.

If you search 'transexualism' on Wikipedia, a brief definition of transexualism, information on diagnosis, origins, relation to gender roles, relation to transgenderism, causes, therapy, legal and social aspects and traditions comes up. They pretty much have all the basic information that we want. However, the fact that anyone could post anything makes these information less accurate and unreliable.

transgender from various perspectives
Hi. I am a worker working at Ivy League University, and I take care of the employee department.
I dismissed Jason's suggestion to provide awareness training and an open forum in which colleagues could ask questions, Jason's supervisor refused to help acclimatize his colleagues to his transition. Some of Jason's colleagues distanced themselves from him, and some of his male colleagues expressed discomfort with his use of the men's restroom. While the head of human resources eventually supported Jason's right to use the restroom that corresponds with his gender identity, it remained a source of discomfort for both Jason and his colleagues. Before coming out as transgender, Jason had received no written complaints about his work and there was no indication in his personnel file of poor performance. I e-mailed in correspondence from colleagues charging him of "uselessness" and "incompetence" had been placed in his file.
I think if this transgender is going to disturb other employees, it's necessary to dismiss them.

She concealed her female body by breast binding which means flattening breasts using a particular material.
