It is clear from the word crowd that transgenderism causes 'Change' of the 'Body', 'Comfort', 'Orientation' , 'Relationships' and 'Roles'.
It's interesting to me that "parent" appears so often on the site (23 times). I wonder if it means that many people who access the site are underage and need permission from parents to undergo transgender medical treatment. Or, it may indicate that one's relationship with parents changes dramatically when one undergoes such surgery or treatment and advice is needed to navigate those challenges.
